Website use

Use the website normally and lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass gallery access, interfere with the website, scrape private content, or use automated systems to obtain files you were not given access to.

Private gallery access

A gallery code or private share link is intended for the client and anyone the client chooses to share it with. You are responsible for keeping private access information within the group you want to view the gallery.

Downloads

When downloads are enabled, the client may download the delivered photographs for the use agreed for that shoot. Download availability may be turned off or a gallery may expire, so clients should save delivered files they want to keep.

Copyright and usage

Unless a separate written agreement transfers ownership, Okoro Visuals retains copyright in the photographs. Delivery does not automatically grant the right to resell, sublicense, commercially redistribute, or claim authorship of the images.

Portfolio use

Okoro Visuals may display selected work in its portfolio or promotional materials when permitted by the applicable agreement or consent. If a shoot requires different privacy terms, those terms should be agreed before publication.

Bookings

Submitting an inquiry does not by itself guarantee availability or confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed when the parties agree on the shoot details and any required payment or terms.
