Booking information

When you submit an inquiry, Okoro Visuals may collect your name, email address, phone number, shoot details, requested dates, location, and related planning information.

Gallery access information

Private gallery access codes and PINs are used to help protect client galleries. Private gallery links and codes should not be shared unless the client intends to share access.

Uploaded photographs

Photographs may be stored in Supabase Storage. Public portfolio images may be visible publicly. Private gallery images should be served through restricted access or signed URLs.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential cookies for private gallery access and admin sessions. Analytics can be added later and should be disclosed here before launch.

Retention and deletion

Clients may request deletion or correction of their contact information by emailing bookings@okorovisuals.com. Some records may be retained when needed for business or legal reasons.
