Information you send us

When you contact or book Okoro Visuals, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, social handle, requested date, location, shoot details, and any information you include in your message.

Private galleries

Client galleries are protected by gallery access. Gallery codes and private share links should only be shared with people you want to have access. Access sessions use essential cookies so you do not have to re-enter the code on every photo.

Photos and files

Portfolio images may be shown publicly. Client gallery files are stored separately and are served through access-controlled routes. Okoro Visuals may retain delivered files for gallery access, backups, business records, or future client requests. For paid photo orders we store the customer email address, purchased photo identifiers, order amount, and payment status in Cloudflare D1. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not Okoro Visuals. Download links are private and expire. Keep private gallery codes and purchase links confidential.

Reviews and comments

Photo comments are private to the client workflow and Okoro Visuals. Star ratings and written reviews are not shown publicly unless Okoro Visuals publishes them to the reviews page.

Service providers

The website uses service providers for hosting, file storage, database services, bot protection, and email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to operate those services.

Your choices

You can ask to correct or delete contact information we hold about you. You can also ask about a private gallery or review by emailing okorovisual@gmail.com.
